Why can't I update the load or unload address?

Because booked services are estimated based on location, changes to the load (origin) or unload (destination) addresses may be subject to rate changes.

💡Troubleshooting tip:

As a workaround, cancel the service and ask the customer to re-book using the correct address. Alternatively, you may do this on their behalf through the consumer booking platform. We are working to advance this functionality in the near future.
