Service status overview

Service statuses can be viewed on the service detail view and search 'Status' column

Status: Scheduled

Prior to day of scheduled service

Status: In-progress

Day of scheduled service

Status: Complete

Service date has passed and payment has not been processed 

Status: Paid

Service date has passed and payment has successfully processed 

Status: Cancelled

Service has been cancelled prior to or after scheduled service date

💡Troubleshooting tip:

If you have the MoversSuite MoversConnect integration enabled, cancelling an order in the Supplier Portal will also cancel it in MoversSuite. However, the opposite is not true: cancellation in MoversSuite does not currently cancel it in the Supplier Portal. We are working to improve this functionality in the near future.
