Refunds may be issued through the Stripe Dashboard
Important: Once a refund has been issued through Stripe, you will not be able to reattempt processing the payment using the Supplier Portal.
- Refunds are processed immediately
- When issued, refunds can’t be canceled
- Refunds take five- to-10 days to appear on a customer's statement
- You can issue more than one refund against a charge, but you can’t refund a total greater than the original charge amount
