How to block availability

Prevent future bookings to manage agency capacity

In the Supplier Portal "block" a day or range of days when you no longer wish to accept scheduled services. There are a couple of ways to go about this:

Block availability from the services view

(Option 1)

  1. Open the services view (calendar icon)
  2. Click the 'Block Availability' button
  3. Select agency from the drop-down
  4. Select from (start) and to (end) dates
  5. Save

(Option 2)

  1. Open the services view (calendar icon)
  2. Click directly on the calendar date you wish to block
    1. This will auto-fill the date fields with the single, specified date
  3. Select agency from the drop-down
  4. Save

Dates with existing scheduled services may also be blocked. This will prevent any additional bookings while maintaining existing scheduled services that day.
