Action items overview

Some scheduled services require a follow-up with the customer indicated by 'Action Items.'

Upon receiving a new scheduled service, it is important to check for any 'Action items' displayed on the service detail view. These appear when a customer has expressed interest in additional services (not included in their estimate) or other cases listed below:

Needs Packing

If a customer selects the option below while checking out, the 'Needs Packing' tag will appear on the service detail view. This alerts the agent to follow-up and make any adjustments necessary to accommodate.

Needs Additional Stop

If a customer selects the option below while checking out, the 'Needs Additional Stop' tag will appear on the service detail view. This alerts the agent to follow-up and make any adjustments necessary to accommodate.

Additional valuation

If a customer selects the option below while checking out, the 'Additional valuation' tag will appear on the service detail view. This alerts the agent to follow-up and make any adjustments necessary to accommodate.

Partial move

If a customer selects 'No' on the option below pertaining to their origin address, the 'Partial move' tag will appear on the service detail view. This alerts the agent to follow-up and make any adjustments necessary to accommodate.

Virtual survey required

The 'Virtual survey required' tag appears on services where an agent has set their preference , allows the option to require a virtual survey for moves with higher variability/risk.

To manage this setting, navigate to Settings > Booking Platform > Pricing. The toggle switch next to each home type/size, when toggled to on, will tag any new service matching that criteria as an internal reminder to preform the survey.
